G16 Skin Repair is sold online only and is shipped from the United Kingdom. Below are our delivery options and costs. The options available to you, and the exact cost, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

United Kingdom
Express delivery, 1 to 3 business days: £6.99, however many bottles you order.

International (all countries outside the UK)
All international delivery is duties paid. The price depends on how many bottles you order:
1 to 2 bottles: £13.99 standard
3 bottles: £18.99 standard
4 to 5 bottles: £28.99, sent express
6 to 7 bottles: £36.99, sent express
8 to 11 bottles: £42.99, sent express
12 or more bottles: £48.99, sent express

On orders of 1 to 3 bottles you can upgrade to Express International for £26.99 (Israel £49.99, Sri Lanka £39.99). Orders of 4 or more bottles always go express at no extra cost.

Typical delivery: Europe 2 to 11 business days; United States, Canada, Australia and other destinations 3 to 17 business days; India 5 to 20; Sri Lanka 5 to 15; Israel 3 to 15. Express is usually 2 to 7 business days in Europe and 2 to 11 elsewhere.

We currently deliver to the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, India, Sri Lanka and Israel.

Delivery times
The times above are business days from dispatch and are typical rather than guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by customs, weather and carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, and you can also track an order from My Account on this website.

If your order was sent with DHL, track it at dhl.com using your tracking number. You may need to contact your local DHL office for the latest update. If it was sent with Royal Mail, track it at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Customs and import duties: paid by us
We pay the import duties and taxes on every international order, so you will not be asked to pay anything when your parcel is delivered. If a courier ever asks you for a duty or tax payment on a G16 order, email info@g16lotion.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
