Shake well before each use. Apply to the desired area twice per day after bathing when the skin is completely dry for 28 days.
Make sure the lotion is on the skin for the longest time possible (ideally 10 hours) without being washed off. After 5-7 days of usage, gently use a washcloth when bathing to help exfoliate the skin, alternatively use a towel to gently exfoliate the skin after bathing.
