Please note that refunds will not be authorised after 21 days of receipt of the product.

We stand behind our products and are happy to offer an exchange or refund for all non-clearance items within 21 days of the date the item was received. All items must have their original labels attached and be free from any defects. Refunds are provided at our discretion and will be for the full amount of the price of the goods excluding shipping.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we ask that you notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Please note that all returns should be sent back to G16 Ltd at the cost of the customer. We recommend using a signed and tracked delivery method to ensure safe and secure delivery of the returned item. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the appropriate address to send the item to.
